Inspection Period and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Superior Precious Metals.
For this reason we offer a 10-day inspection period on all numismatic items. Carefully
inspect and evaluate your coins during this period.
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase of numismatic coins you may return
your coins to SPM, in the same condition in which you received them, for a full
refund.
If your order consists of uncertified circulated coins or coins that are considered
"common date" or semi-rare coins then you may exchange you coins for other coins
of the same denomination and grade but you may not receive a refund. Coins that
are considered "common date" or semi-rare are: $1.00, $2.50, $3.00, $5.00, $10.00
and $20.00 gold coins certified as Mint State 66 or lower by PCGS or NGC.
Bullion coins are not subject to return or exchange of any sort. All bullion sales
are final. Coins are considered Bullion if they trade at a premium of less than
15% over the value of their underlying precious metal content.
